BridgeBio lines up three launches beyond Attruby

BridgeBio is preparing to become a multi-product company, with three late-stage drugs moving through US regulatory review.

In its second-quarter update, the company said BBP-418 for limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2I/R9 had been accepted for priority review, with an FDA decision date of November 27, 2026. Encaleret for autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 was also accepted for priority review, with a decision expected by May 8, 2027. Oral infigratinib for achondroplasia has been submitted, with a US launch expected in mid-2027.

The programs would allow BridgeBio to reuse the development, market-access and commercial infrastructure built for Attruby, its ATTR-CM drug. The company raised $1 billion in July partly to fund those launches.

Investors have long valued BridgeBio on its pipeline. Attruby's commercial performance has shifted that assessment toward revenue and execution. One investor guide to genetic-medicine stocks now groups BridgeBio with companies whose rare-disease science is producing sales.

Analysts say the company's ability to execute several launches at once, while sustaining Attruby's first-line growth, will determine whether it can build a durable rare-disease business.
