BridgeBio reported $222.4 million in US net product revenue for its ATTR-CM drug Attruby in the second quarter of 2026, up from $71.5 million a year earlier, according to its quarterly results.
The company said growth was led by treatment-naive patients as physicians increasingly start and keep patients on the drug. Chief commercial officer Matt Outten said first-line share was climbing again in a market that was broadly stable from the previous quarter.
On the earnings call, chief executive Neil Kumar said Attruby was the fastest-growing brand in the category, growing 23% against 19% for the overall market, Nasdaq reported. Switching from Pfizer's tafamidis had returned to normal levels after a period of elevated switching, management said.
Attruby is an oral stabilizer approved in November 2024 on the basis of the ATTRibute-CM trial, in which 81% of patients taking the drug were alive at 30 months compared with 74% on placebo.
