Alnylam has disclosed a federal subpoena seeking documents on government price reporting for several of its products, including the ATTR-CM drug Amvuttra.
The company disclosed in October 2025 that it had received the subpoena from the US Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts, Benzinga reported. It covers Amvuttra, Onpattro, Oxlumo and Givlaari, including certain fee and discount arrangements with distributors. The company sets out its legal proceedings in its quarterly filing.
It is not the first federal inquiry into the company. In 2021 Alnylam disclosed a Justice Department subpoena relating to the marketing of Onpattro, its earlier transthyretin drug.
Separately, the FDA objected this year to mortality claims on the Amvuttra website before closing the matter in August.
