Replimune (Nasdaq: REPL) Launches Tudriqev in the United States
Commercial availability follows August's accelerated approval for a defined advanced-melanoma population.

Replimune says Tudriqev is now commercially available in the United States, with healthcare providers able to order the treatment for next-day delivery. The 1 October announcement also launches the company's patient-access support programme.
The oncolytic immunotherapy is approved with nivolumab for adults with unresectable advanced cutaneous melanoma whose disease progressed after a PD-1-blocking antibody-based regimen. Its accelerated approval, received in August, was based on response rate and response duration. The confirmatory IGNYTE-3 trial remains ongoing.
This is a launch milestone, rather than a new approval announcement. It shifts attention towards practical adoption: identifying appropriate patients, arranging intratumoural administration and securing reimbursement.
Availability does not establish uptake or revenue, and the specialised administration requirements make delivery infrastructure relevant to the commercial story. The patient-support programme may help navigate access, but its launch is not evidence that coverage barriers have disappeared. Replimune must now develop a sustainable treatment network while completing the evidence obligations associated with accelerated approval.
